STUDENTS
The focus of education is the formation of the students' personalities. "She is a Schmidt`s Girl", as it is called in the country, is both a distinction and a responsibility. The Schmidt Schule is known for educating young women to be active, confident, critical, and creative individuals who have the courage to stand up for their beliefs. This is complemented by a challenging academic programme in natural sciences, languages as well as art and music. This predestines our students to take on leadership positions in different areas later on in life. Our alumnae therefore enjoy above-average success in society, politics and business.
It is important to us that the girls learn to live up to their social responsibilities while they are still at school.
This is achieved through numerous social projects that are initiated annually by the students. This also includes the intensive examination of the three world religions that so intensively shape everyday life around the Schmidt Schule.
