Die Schmidt-Schule bietet sowohl das \u201eDeutsche Abitur\u201c als auch das landes\u00fcbliche \u201eTawjihi\u201c als Schulabschl\u00fcsse an. Dabei werden internationale Qualit\u00e4tsstandards durch die gemeinsame Schulaufsicht des Bundes und der L\u00e4nder in Deutschland gew\u00e4hrleistet. Dies garantiert f\u00fcr unsere Sch\u00fclerinnen den Zugang zu den f\u00fchrenden Universit\u00e4ten weltweit.<\/p>\n

In der Mittel- und Oberstufe bieten wir zwei unterschiedliche Curricula f\u00fcr den Abitur-Zweig und den Tawjihi-Zweig an. Dabei ist auch im Tawjihi-Zweig das Fach Deutsch verbindliche Fremdsprache bis in Jahrgangsstufe 12. Die Sch\u00fclerinnen haben die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Deutsche Sprachdiplom der Kultusministerkonferenz (DSD I, DSD II) zu erwerben. In beiden Zweigen wird dabei neben analytischen F\u00e4higkeiten Wert gelegt auf kritisches Reflektieren, Pr\u00e4sentieren und Diskutieren sowie auf Projektarbeit. Dies gew\u00e4hrleistet einen optimalen Lernerfolg und bereitet auf lebenslanges Lernen vor. Smart-Boards, Tablets, IT-Raum, Medienzentrum und modernste Labore stehen als Lernumgebung zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n

Unsere Sch\u00fclerinnen wachsen dabei viersprachig auf: Deutsch, Englisch, Arabisch (jeweils ab Klasse 1) und Hebr\u00e4isch (ab Klasse 6) sind verbindliche Unterrichtsf\u00e4cher bis zum Schulabschluss.<\/p>\n

Das Programm der Schmidt-Schule wird dabei erg\u00e4nzt durch zahlreiche extracurriculare Aktivit\u00e4ten wie Theater-AG, Lego-Robotics, Kunst, Tanz, Model United Nation, Musik und Sport-AGs.<\/p>\n

Interkulturelle Begegnungen nehmen einen besonderen Stellenwert an der Schule ein.
